ACCESS BANK'S "PAYWITHCAPTURE" APP IS THE FUTURE

Hello folks, today we are going to do a little sneak peek into access bank's new app that they have proposed to take over and replace banks! Well, we really hope it will! This is not the app review but soon you will have it soon from your beloved.

PAYWITHCAPTURE 5.0 is what the app is called, with it you can do person to person transfers, social banking, savings, airtime topups and lots more.

According to Herbert Wigwe , Access Bank GMD/ CEO, who gave a run through of PayWithCapture
offerings at the launch, users will also be able to transfer funds from any bank account to any
other bank account using phone numbers or email addresses.

PayWithCapture also has a *901# USSD service which allows users, with or without a
smartphone, to carry out banking transactions without the need to access the Internet.

Another interesting feature is the QR code scanning feature which has now been expanded
beyond just payments to include bank transfers, airtime recharge, and so on.

As a PayWithCapture user, you can also set up a savings club (aka Ajo or Esusu) with friends and
family. The savings club enables users of the app to collectively save towards a common goal.

The funds can also be pooled and rotated amongst members or paid out through one person.

“ We heard about the issues and complaints our customers had on the old app. With this new
version, we’ve tried to resolve them all ," said Adeleke Adekoya, head of digital banking at
Access Bank.

Presenting the PayWithCapture platform as a whole to the public, Access Bank GMD/CEO
Herbert Wigwe touted the app - in its latest iteration - as the app that will replace banks.

After the GMD/CEO's presentation and the event came to an end, guests were directed to the
PayWithCapture experience center to have a first taste of the app and its functions before being
treated to lunch.
